I’m Helen, a 41 year old mum of two originally from London but have been living in beautiful North Devon for 11 years. How has it been that long?! I’ve never been a natural city girl, I’ve always felt I was born in the wrong place. We had our kids here and it’s such a fabulous place for them to grow up, right on the edge of Exmoor.

I’ve always been pretty crafty and finally got my head round crocheting three years ago after several false starts!  I had a stern word with myself and got on with it eventually, like so many adulting tasks in life. I also knit and have recently taken a small stumble into the world of weaving.

I've been trying to set up my side hustle for a few years, but things kept getting in the way! You know, little life events like having a baby and buying a house. Then unfortunately I got side tracked from my goal yet again, as very sadly I lost my dear Mum last autumn. I can certainly see why the experts call it a “life changing event”. But I’m doing this for me, to try and bring some of that joy and spark back to my life and supply products that bring a bit of happiness to your daily rituals!
